Dive into ocean science this summer! Tied to Arizona Science Center’s featured exhibition, OceanXperience, campers will take a deep dive into the ocean to explore the creatures who call the deep home, as well as the amazing adaptations that allow them to handle one of Earth’s most intense environments. Not only will they learn about the ocean’s creatures—but they’ll explore how to protect them too!

Calling all future space explorers—NASA ASTRO CAMP® is for our true astronomy lovers! Throughout the week, Jr. space explorers will discover our Solar System and beyond. Campers will learn about black holes, create their galaxies, imagine what other forms of life could look like, discover the Sun’s role in our Solar System, and dive into how and why astronauts study space to better understand our universe.
Special Activity July 8-12 Only! Campers will attend a Phoenix Mercury basketball game on July 10 as part of 2024 Camp Day.
Career Camp

Are you curious about what it takes to land a STEAM (science, technology, engineering, art and math) career? Career Camp will give campers a glimpse into the lives of STEAM professionals in various fields, from healthcare and technology to design and sports! Throughout the week, future scientists will explore the possibilities of their future through engaging, hands-on activities related to each profession, with each day dedicated to a different field.
Germ Geniuses
Grades 5-6

Ever been curious about how germs actually spread? Throughout the week, campers will have the opportunity to identify different germs and investigate bacteria growth through hands-on experiments and guest speakers! Prepare to explore the effects of different germs, how to prevent getting sick and the data scientists collect about these mini organisms to help protect communities in the future.
We Are Engineers!

Calling all future engineers—if you’ve ever wondered what a day in the life of an engineer looks like, this is the camp for you! Each day, campers will explore a different engineering field and engage in hands-on investigations designed to get a better feel for what each engineer may encounter during their day-to-day work.

Extended Days
4:00 – 6:00 p.m. | $75 per Week per Camper | Onsite Camps at Arizona Science Center
Campers will get to freely explore different activities after the regular camp day is over. CAMP INNOVATION Team Members will be supervising the campers in the typical drop-off and pick-up zones during this time. There is no change to the pick-up process, just call 602.710.0670 and we will bring your camper(s) out to you for dismissal.
Important Note for the July 4 Holiday: Extended Days will only be available July 1-2 at a discounted price ($30).
