Professional Development Services for Schools Serving Grades PreK-8
The Center for Leadership in Learning at Arizona Science Center is your trusted partner to provide customized professional development, mentoring and coaching support, and consultation services.

Professional Development
Engage in hands-on, standards-aligned, research-based best practices that strengthen educator/administrator practice and build the skills educators need to effectively address students' learning needs. We offer a wide range of topics with sessions ranging from 90 minutes to six hours, and can occur during or after the school day.

Mentoring and Coaching
Through our mentoring and coaching support, we help teachers through the pre-planning, reflecting, and problem-solving aspects of STEM education through observations and targeted feedback, co-planning lessons, and modeling lessons for teachers. This service can also be geared for administrators, instructional coaches, and professional development facilitators.

Consulting Services
We offer workshops and consultation services to support a school leadership team in developing their STEM/STEAM implementation plan to transition into a STEM/STEAM school. Topics include the STEM culture shift, project-based learning, STEM in a 1:1 environment, and integrating STEM/STEAM into all subjects. We guide schools and districts through the development of comprehensive STEM/STEAM programs from the ground up that are student-led and STEM-focused.
