CREATE at Arizona Science Center(R) is a place where science, design, and engineering collide! Inspired by the productivity of an inventor’s workshop, the creativity of an art studio, the experimentation of a lab, and the connectivity of a commons, CREATE is a 6,500 square-foot community hub for turning dreams into reality.

CREATE Events and Workshops
Look here for special events and workshops such as CREATE Jr. and Arduino Meetup!
Resource Centers have two important functions. First, they are places where guests can come with their own projects in mind. You must sign up to be a CREATE Pass Holder to use the equipment. Guests can sign up for a monthly or annual pass. Secondly, there will be staff–led workshops for beginner/safety, intermediate and advanced levels.
Basic Use and Safety Classes
CREATE offers Introductory Equipment Classes. These classes are basic and focus on the use of equipment, safety and protocol, and are required to become a Pass Holder or take intermediate and advanced workshops.
CREATE Field Trips
Our CREATE Challenges for School Groups are unique, hands-on activities that give students the opportunity to engage with the principles of making, tinkering and design thinking, while also developing proficiency within the framework of the ISTE educational standards.
