You’re invited to participate in our Early Childhood Educator Science Series (ECESS), a professional learning conference dedicated to supporting STEM education in the early childhood classroom.

Join us for this excellent opportunity to connect with early childhood educators who are passionate about fostering curiosity, exploration, and scientific thinking in young children. Showcase your organization and share how you support early childhood educators!

Registration includes 2 attendees, one 6 foot table with two chairs.
Additional attendees are $50 per person.

Certificate of Liability Insurance

Vendor Agreement:

All organizations registered to host a vendor table will be required to submit a certificate of liability insurance OR sign a vendor agreement. The Certificate of Insurance must list both Arizona Science Center and the City of Phoenix as additional insureds.

The policy must provide Commercial General Liability (CGL) coverage with a minimum liability limit of $1,000,000 per occurrence.
The certificate must also include Arizona Science Center's address (600 E. Washington Street, Phoenix, AZ 85004) and be submitted to the Arizona Science Center no later than 3 business days prior to the event date. Organizations will not be permitted to exhibit at the event unless this certificate of insurance or the vendor agreement is submitted and approved by the Arizona Science Center by the deadline.

The registration fee is non-refundable, and refunds will not be issued due to an inability to provide such documentation.
