The Visitor Experience Renewal Plan will set a trajectory for the future of Arizona Science Center as a must-visit destination at the heart of a thriving, science-centered city.

Arizona Science Center’s next iteration will not only amplify the center’s role as a leading educational institution but also ensure it remains a vibrant, inclusive, and inspiring space for exploring and understanding the wonders of science.

This event is a unique opportunity for YOU to share ideas, ask questions, and help shape the future of the Center's experiences. Together, we’ll write the next chapter of Arizona Science Center.

Purpose

As we embark on a full transformation of Arizona Science Center, we want your voice to shape the future. Share your ideas, hopes, and expectations for the next generation of the Science Center. Your insights will help us stay culturally and technologically relevant, strengthen our connection to diverse communities, and inspire a more scientifically literate Arizona.

Community Engagement Focus

We want to hear from you! We are committed to engaging a diverse range of stakeholders including but not limited too;

 

  • Residents: Whether you are passionate about science, care about education, or simply want to ensure the center reflects the needs and values of our community, your input is vital.
  • Teachers and Students: Collaborating with educators and students to enhance STEM education and inspire the next generation of scientists, engineers and curious minds.
  • Families: Understanding the interests and needs of families to create experiences that support lifelong learning and engagement with science.
  • Teens: Engaging teens through hands-on opportunities, leadership programs, and youth-driven initiatives that empower them to explore STEM fields, develop new skills, and shape the future of the center with their unique perspectives.
  • College Students: Partnering with college students for internships, research opportunities, mentorship programs, and volunteer roles that support career development and strengthen ties between academic institutions and the community.
  • Business Owners: Collaborating with local businesses to promote innovation, workforce development, and economic growth while highlighting how science and technology intersect with industry and entrepreneurship.
  • STEM Lovers: Welcoming science enthusiasts of all ages to share their passion, contribute ideas, and help us cultivate an inclusive, vibrant hub where curiosity and discovery are celebrated daily.
  • Civic Leaders: Working with civic leaders to align our initiatives with local priorities and ensure our contributions have a meaningful impact.
