Arizona Science Center is excited to announce a professional development workshop to train educators from a variety of settings in hands-on, standard aligned, STEM curriculum.

K-5 Storybook STEAM

Storybook STEAM is a fun and creative club for K-5 students where engineering meets imagination! In each session, students tackle exciting design challenges inspired by their favorite fairy tales. From designing protective devices to keep Humpty Dumpty safe in an egg drop challenge to building houses for the Three Little Pigs, young engineers will learn to solve problems, think critically, and explore STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math) concepts—all while bringing storybook adventures to life!

3-8 Cracking the Code

This club for grades 3-8 introduces coding, robotics, and computational thinking. Students solve problems, write code, and program robots, developing STEM skills while discovering the creative power of technology through hands-on activities.

5-8 STEM Futures

A club for grades 5-8 where students explore various STEM careers. Each week, they engage in hands-on activities from fields like engineering and biology, gaining insight into future career possibilities and discovering their own passions in STEM.
