MEMBERSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONS
By purchasing any Arizona Science Center membership you agree as follows:
The primary named cardholder on all membership levels must be at least 18 years of age. A named cardholder must be present at the time of check-in for guests to be admitted into Arizona Science Center. Memberships and membership cards are non-transferable. A photo ID is required during check-in.
Memberships are for personal use only. Extensions on memberships will not be granted for non-use. By becoming a member, you and all members listed on your membership agree to abide by the membership terms and conditions and all science center rules and regulations to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all Arizona Science Center team members and guests. All Arizona Science Center memberships are revocable licenses and can be revoked at any time at the sole discretion of Arizona Science Center without refund in the event of any noncompliance with or violation of any Science Center rule or other term or condition of membership or admission to the Science Center, including for inappropriate conduct. All membership sales are final and non-refundable for any reason. Members are automatically enrolled in our email newsletter and can unsubscribe anytime by contacting Arizona Science Center membership department at membership@azscience.org or during operating hours at 602.716.2000.
Automatic Renewal. By enrolling in Arizona Science Center membership, you agree to automatically renew your membership at the end of each term (as specified by your membership expiration date) using any payment method we have on file for you. Your membership will remain active until you choose to cancel. By agreeing to auto-renewal you authorize Arizona Science Center to charge you using any payment method we have on file for the renewal fee at the current rate on or after the renewal date. Arizona Science Center reserves the right to adjust membership rates at any time. Members will be notified of any price changes before their renewal date, providing an opportunity to cancel if the new rates are not acceptable. If in connection with any pending price change you would still like to renew but want to make changes to your membership, please notify us at membership@azscience.org or during operating hours at 602.716.2000.
Cancellation of Automatic Renewal. You can cancel your participation in membership auto-renewals at any time online at azscience.org/membership/optout or by contacting Arizona Science Center at membership@azscience.org or during operating hours at 602.716.2000. Cancellation of auto-renewal must be submitted before your renewal date to avoid being charged for the upcoming term.
