From gnarly retro science experiments like exploding volcanoes to '80s Pictionary and exploring the history of gaming with the University of Advancing Technology, you won't want to miss this event. Sip a bodacious Ecto Cooler cocktail and compete against your pals at the Rubiks Cube station.  Time travel back and rock out to our kickin' laser music shows - Journey and Netflix Orginal Stranger Things soundtrack in the Dorrance Planetarium.   

Don't spazz out but this event is for 21 and over adults. So rock the side pony, grab your legwarmers and don't forget the fab blue eye shadow! '80s attire totally encouraged!

Experience our NEW state-of-the-art laser system with 14 mind-blowing special effects. Listen to your favorite 80s music from Netflix Original Stranger Things and Journey while being dazzled by the multicolored laser light show on the Dorrance Planetarium dome.  

The Dorrance Planetarium in Phoenix, Arizona is the second planetarium in the world to have this laser system which has the largest variety of laser special effects.

Mummies of the World: The Exhibition

Mummies of the World: The Exhibition features 40 real human and animal mummies and 85 rare artifacts from across the globe. This special exhibition provides a window into the lives of ancient people from every region of the world including Europe, South America, and Ancient Egypt, offering unprecedented insights into past cultures and civilizations.

The exhibition enthralls guests with dramatic displays of the mummies and their personal stories, as well as state-of-the-art multimedia stations that take guests on a 4,500-year journey to explore the mummies’ history and origins as well as how they were created.
