Student Schedule

TBD |  Check–In

8:00 a.m.–6:30 p.m. (the doors will be locked at 8 p.m. and no late projects will be accepted) 
Project check–in and set–up. 

Elementary and Junior Divisions: There is no additional or required paperwork for these divisions. Once the project is set up, you are all set, and you may leave. The AzSEF check–in team members will be walking around to make sure displays (and possibly projects) comply with the display and safety guidelines.* If your project receives a blue Rules/Safety Concern slip just follow the directions. Your project is not being disqualified, we may just have some questions to address later. 

ALL SENIOR DIVISION projects must have their Intel ISEF paperwork at this time and must be cleared by a display and safety team member before leaving. 

Absolutely no projects will be checked-in on April 12–Judging Day. 

*Anyone is welcome to check–in student projects, but please note, the same check–in procedures above still apply.

Attendance is optional, though highly encouraged. Scores are not penalized if a student/team is not present. 

8:45 a.m.    |    Doors are open for Elementary and Senior Division students

9–11 a.m.   |    Elementary and Senior judging/interviews

11 a.m.     |    Elementary students dismissed, projects must stay onsite for open house celebration

11–11:45 a.m.     |    Lunch for Seniors; must be back at their projects before 12 p.m. 

12–2 p.m.    |    Junior and Senior interviews

2 p.m.    |    All students dismissed, projects must stay onsite for Open House Celebration 

2–3:30 p.m.    |    Grand Judging for team leaders

3:30 p.m.    |    Project Hall doors open to public–students are encouraged to stand at their projects to share their amazing work

3:30–6 p.m.    |    Open house celebration

6 p.m.     |    Project removal begins 

8 p.m.    |    All projects must be removed–any projects left will be disposed of. 

TBD  |  Awards Ceremony 

6:30 p.m.  Phoenix Convention Center South Ballroom 
Winners will be posted on our website at 10 p.m., Wednesday, April 12
Attendance is not required, awards can be mailed to out to recipients.
