Elementary & Junior Divisions

April 4, 2019 | Check–in and Judging

Project check–in and set–up.
8 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. The doors will be locked at 12:15 p.m.  (No late projects will be accepted)

There is no additional or required paperwork for these divisions. Once the project is set up, you are free to have lunch and return by 12:30 p.m. for judging to begin. The AzSEF check-in team members will be walking around to make sure displays (and possibly projects) comply with the display and safety guidelines.* If your project receives a blue Rules/Safety Concern slip just follow the directions. Your project is not being disqualified, we may just have some questions to address later.

Absolutely no projects will be checked-in after 12:15 p.m. on April 4.

*Anyone is welcome to check–in student projects, but please note, the same check-in procedures above still apply. Parents are not allowed in the hall during judging.

Attendance is optional, though highly encouraged. Scores are not penalized if a student/team is not present.
