Winter Break CAMP INNOVATION: Winter Wonders

Explore the science behind ice and snow

 

 Arizona Science Center is pleased to announce CAMP INNOVATION is back for winter break 2022. CAMP INNOVATION puts kids in roles of scientists and explorers to investigate key STEM concepts. This all happens through fun, hands-on activities that build confidence, persistence, and creative problem-solving skills. 

During our Winter Break camps, Winter Wonders, Jr. Scientists will experiment with some of the coolest science. From snow dough and make-your-own slushies to light-up winter scenes and an icy engineering challenge, campers in grades 1-6 are sure to stay engaged in STEM topics throughout their Winter Break. These 4- and 5-day sessions aim to build confidence, inspire curiosity and spark creative problem-solving skills with a blizzard of activities. Space is limited and pre-registration is required.

WHAT: CAMP INNOVATION features  4- and 5-day camp sessions.  Each weeklong program taps into young people’s curiosity and interests by giving them the opportunity to become innovators through teamwork and creativity.

WHEN: December 19-23 and December 27-30
