Forces of Nature Gallery!

Forces of Nature Gallery Image

Located in the Sybil B. Harrington Galleries
Find out what happens when nature unleashes its full force! The centerpiece of Forces of Nature is the Immersion Theater, supported by a grant from the Freeport-McMoRan Copper and Gold Foundation. Featuring multiple overhead video screens, surround sound, realistic physical effects and a motion-floor system, the theater will showcase one monster storm and extreme geological event after another in a series of immersive montages that puts guests right in the center of the action. Surrounding the Immersion Theater is a highly interactive, three-part exhibit zone where guests are able to experiment with science focused on land, water and air.
